Renal K+ is a palatable potassium gluconate gel supplement for dogs and cats, formulated to help support normal renal health and function by replenishing potassium levels that may be depleted in pets with kidney disease. Potassium is a vital electrolyte that supports kidney health, nervous system function, and muscle and cardiac function. Potassium deficiency is common in cats and dogs with chronic kidney disease — Renal K+ works with the body to enhance potassium absorption and help maintain balanced potassium levels. For best results, start Renal K+ when serum potassium levels fall below 4.0 mEq/dL. Maple-flavoured and highly palatable — readily accepted directly or applied to the paw for licking. Consult a veterinarian before use.
