Ilium Topigen is a quad-action oily suspension for dogs and cats, combining an antibiotic, antifungal, corticosteroid, and antipruritic in a single plastigel base. Indicated for susceptible skin and ear infections requiring combined antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antipruritic effects. Topigen contains gentamicin and should only be used when sensitivity testing indicates other antibiotics are likely to be ineffective. Prescription only — for use under veterinary supervision.

Ear: Remove wax and epithelial debris first, then instil 2–5 drops into the ear twice daily or as directed. Do not use in animals intended for human consumption. Use with caution in patients with perforated eardrums. Store below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Available in 20 ml.
