Horizone Eagle Guppy Flakes are a highly nutritious flake food developed specifically for guppies and similar small tropical fish, made from a carefully selected blend of natural ingredients. The formula combines fish derivatives, vegetable protein extract, molluscs, crustaceans, yeasts, minerals, algae, and oils and fats to deliver a well-rounded, palatable diet that supports fast, healthy growth at every life stage. The high content of natural ingredients combined with added minerals ensures excellent palatability — even the fussiest guppies will readily accept these flakes.
Spirulina is a key functional ingredient in the formula, serving a dual purpose: its natural carotenoid pigments are absorbed by the fish and deposited in the skin, enhancing the vivid, vibrant colours that guppies are prized for, while its bioactive compounds actively support immune function and disease resistance. The flake format floats at the surface, perfectly suited to the natural surface-feeding behaviour of guppies and other small tropical fish, and dissolves slowly to minimise water clouding.
Feed 1–2 times daily, offering only as much as the fish can consume within 3–5 minutes. Remove any uneaten food promptly to maintain water quality. Suitable for guppies, barbs, tetras, gouramis, goldfish, and other similar small tropical fish at all life stages. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
