Royal Canin Renal is a kidney support dry kibble diet containing tailored nutrition to help support dogs with Chronic Renal Insufficiency. This formula contains a moderate level of very high-quality proteins to help support kidney function. As renal insufficiency prevents the kidneys from being able to effectively filter phosphorus from the bloodstream, this formula is specifically formulated with a low phosphorus content. Some dogs may have a reduced appetite when they experience impaired renal function — Royal Canin Renal has an adapted energy content to reduce the volume of each meal, and a specific aromatic profile with a dedicated texture to help stimulate your dog's appetite, particularly in cases of food aversion. Suitable for dogs with azotaemic Chronic Kidney Disease (IRIS stage 2 to 4) and dogs with Chronic Kidney Disease with proteinuria (IRIS stage 1 to 4). Available in a 7 kg bag — ideal for ongoing long-term management. Also available as wet food for texture variety. For use under veterinary supervision only.
