Royal Canin Renal with Fish is a complete dietetic feed for cats formulated to support renal function in cases of chronic renal insufficiency and to help reduce oxalate stone formation. Features high-quality proteins, restricted levels of phosphorus, calcium, and vitamin D, plus urine-alkalising properties. Adapted energy content reduces meal volume to help compensate for decreased appetite, and a specific aromatic profile with a dedicated texture helps stimulate the cat's appetite — particularly important in cases of food aversion. This is a veterinary exclusive formula — always follow your veterinarian's nutritional recommendations.
Renal diets are recommended as soon as creatinine moves out of reference range, before disease progression and inappetence develop. In most cases, renal diets may be continued for the cat's lifetime, with a full health check recommended every 6 months and periodic monitoring of renal biomarkers and blood mineral levels. Serve at room temperature. Always ensure fresh water is available. Available in 85 g.
