Ilium Neocort is a triple-action topical cream combining an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, and local anaesthetic in a single emollient formula. Indicated for the topical treatment of skin conditions caused by neomycin-sensitive organisms in dogs, cats, horses, and cattle — including moist dermatitis, lacerations, and certain skin allergies. The lignocaine concentration ensures effective numbness of the affected area, reducing the animal's urge to scratch and preventing self-trauma.
How to Use
Apply a thin layer of cream twice daily to the affected areas with gentle massage. Treat for a maximum of 14 days. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Available in a 50 g tube.
Composition
Per gram: Lignocaine (as Hydrochloride) 20 mg, Neomycin (as Sulphate) 5 mg, Hydrocortisone (as Acetate) 5 mg. In an emollient cream base.
