Virbac Veterinary HPM Urology Dissolution & Prevention is a dietary complete food for cats formulated to dissolve struvite stones, reduce struvite stone recurrence, and reduce oxalate stone formation — also indicated for feline idiopathic cystitis. High in animal protein (44%, 90% of animal origin) and low in carbohydrates and calories due to its reduced fat content. Urinary alkalising properties reduce the risk of oxalate stone formation, while undersaturating properties — along with low calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D content — create a urinary environment unfavourable to struvite crystal formation. Free from common food allergens including dairy, lamb, fish, egg, wheat, maize, soya, and gluten. No artificial flavours or colours. Contraindicated in kittens, pregnant, and lactating females. This is a veterinary exclusive formula — always follow your veterinarian's nutritional recommendations.
The daily ration is based on the cat's current bodyweight and must be adjusted monthly. Always ensure fresh water is available. Check with your veterinarian before use and have your cat re-evaluated every 6 months. Available in 1.5 kg.
